Web server to predict allergenicity (allergenic potential of a protein)

AllergenPred is a machine learning-based webserver that uses a convolutional neural network (CNN) to predict the allergenic potential of a protein. Users can input a FASTA-formatted sequence to assess its likelihood of being allergenic. The predicted allergen score ranges from 0 to 100. If the score is greater than 50, the protein is classified as allergenic; otherwise, it is considered non-allergenic.
