Web server to predict allergenicity (allergenic potential of a protein)

AllergenPred webserver is a machine learning method based on convolutional neural network (CNN) to predict allergenic potential of a protein. Users can use a FASTA-formatted sequence as an input to test its allergenic potential. The predicted allergen score may vary from 0 to 100. If the predicted score is greater than 50, the protein is allergenic; otherwise, it is non-allergenic.
